ART SCHOOL / CLASS LISTINGS

Artist Roundtable

NEW! Are you looking to grow your practice and find community? This class is perfect for motivated artists with ideas and an existing art making practice. Art critique is defined as discussion and interpretation around art. In this class, students will bring in-progress works to discuss in a group critique setting with the goal of encouraging you to try new things and deepening the intent behind your work. Students will explore things like healthy habits of art making, giving and receiving feedback, knowing when a work is resolved, titling your work and artist statements, moving through roadblocks, and sustaining your practice. Time will be set aside each class session for changes and adjustments to artwork.
